Kenola Techs (“Kenola”, “we”, “us”) operates this website at kenolatechs.com. You can reach us at hello@kenolatechs.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the corporate website and the Terminal contact form. It does not cover any separate product or platform we may operate in future, which will carry its own policy.
3. Information you give us
When you submit the Terminal form we collect the information you enter:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- The capability area you selected
- The message you wrote
- Any file you chose to attach
We use this solely to read, assess and respond to your enquiry.
4. Information collected automatically
When you submit the Terminal form our servers also record your IP address, your browser user-agent string and the time of submission. This is used to detect and block automated abuse of the form, and to investigate misuse.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile is provided by Cloudflare and processes limited technical signals from your browser to produce a pass or fail result.
5. Analytics
We do not use analytics, tracking pixels or advertising trackers on this website.
6. Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own. We do not use advertising, tracking or profiling cookies. Cloudflare may set cookies necessary for security and bot protection on the Terminal page.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep information for the following periods:
- Terminal messages: 90 days
- Email delivery records: 1 year
- Abuse and rate-limiting records: 30 days
- Uploaded attachments: 90 days, then automatically deleted
8. Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate the site: Cloudflare (security and content delivery) and Resend (email delivery). Attachments are scanned for malware on our own infrastructure and are not sent to a third-party scanning service.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Terminal submissions are validated on our servers, attachments are scanned before acceptance, and your email address is stored encrypted. We do not claim any security measure is perfect.
10. Your rights
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact hello@kenolatechs.com.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
