1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the kenolatechs.com website, including the Terminal contact form. They do not govern any separate written agreement for services, which takes precedence if one exists.
2. What this website is
This website provides information about Kenola Techs and its engineering capabilities, and a form through which you can contact us. It does not provide any account, dashboard, payment facility or trading functionality.
3. Information on this site is not an offer
Capability descriptions are general information, not a contractual offer or a commitment to deliver specific outcomes. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.
4. Products in development
Where we describe something as in development, planned or upcoming — including IMI 2.0 — that description is not a promise that it will be released, released on any particular date, or released with any particular functionality. Nothing described as in development is currently available for purchase or use.
5. Trading risk
Some of our capabilities relate to automated trading. Trading involves risk of financial loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Automation does not guarantee profitability. Nothing on this website is financial, investment or trading advice, and we are not acting as your financial adviser or broker. You remain solely responsible for your own trading decisions and risk management.
6. Using the Terminal form
When you use the Terminal form you agree not to:
- Submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content
- Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems
- Submit automated or bulk requests, or attempt to bypass rate limiting
- Impersonate another person
We may refuse, delete or block submissions that breach these terms, and may record abuse events for investigation.
7. Attachments
Attachments are limited to PDF, PNG, JPG and TXT files of 5 MB or less. All uploads are scanned before acceptance and rejected if they fail validation. Do not send confidential or sensitive material through this form unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Kenola Techs unless stated otherwise. Fonts used on this site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.
9. Availability
We aim to keep this website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
